Storytelling is more than just reading.

As its best, it is a dynamic experience that engages a child’s imagination, stimulates their cognitive development, and builds a foundation for learning. For us parents, it’s a great way to connect and deepen the bond with our children.

Storytelling with Babies are a series of brief and engaging sessions designed for parents to take part with their little ones. Together, we’ll explore the joy of stories through books and play. 

Discover simple yet powerful ways to introduce babies to reading, nurture a love for books, and create a habit of being surrounded by stories that spark curiosity and excitement. 

Over the course of six gatherings, we’ll read to the little ones in a warm and loving atmosphere, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of books just for them. It’s a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to bond, learn, and have fun together.

Useful information:

• All meetings take place at Cooperative 3E (Funkkis, Opistokatu 1, second floor).

• There’s space for prams and strollers in our lobby, and you may find an elevator on the ground floor – or ask for assistance and we’ll come to help you to carry the prams in.

• The lobby has also several toilets, and we have a small fridge and a microwave in the office, which you may use as well. There’s also some toys and games for older siblings.

• We’ll offer some tea and coffee!

• You are kindly requested to register to those meetings you are planning to join (if just possible, fill in all the dates already).
